Attorney Richard Lui has thirty-nine years of legal and management expertise. His ten years of experience as an estate tax attorney at the Internal Revenue Service benefits his clients in his current representations. During the second half of his tenure at the IRS, Richard served as a senior manager and directed a staff of twelve attorneys engaged in the administration of estate, gift, and fiduciary taxes in the New England area. Since entering private practice in 1989, he has been relied upon as a resource and consultant to many of the area’s accounting and legal professionals for his insights and analysis with respect to estate planning and estate tax audit issues. Richard is a graduate of Boston College Law School and has a master’s degree in taxation from the Boston University LL.M. program.
